If u forgot ur system/BIOS password and you cannot retrive it, you can simply turn off the pc & remove the CMOS battery in the motherboard. Then start the PC.
You will recieve a message of unavailable forCMOS battery. Then again turn off the PC & attach the CMOS battery. When u start the PC it will not ask for password. Now u can set a new password now.
