In a business organisation practically everybody counts. Starting from the very formulation of policy down to the minute details of implementation, completion, delivery and satisfaction, everybody is a wheel in the great machine. If there is any slackness anywhere, this big machine may go out gear, and this may be measured only in terms of so much loss. All the personnel in the business concern are to recognise this responsibility and behave in a manner that is worthy of their role. They have to assist and advance, not fight and obstruct. It is, therefore, necessary that these personnel should greet one another in the best way at the start of their day and also that they remain in good humour throughout the period they work with one another.

It is definitely bad manners to decry one's firm or concern before others, perpetually to grumble or complain and place all the blame on the company and the employers because they are get^ng the work from the workers in return for inadequate salaries. No self-respecting workers would indulge in this kind of vilification because it reflects on the worker's capability and shows him as an unsatisfied weakling. There may be good and bad points in every job and it is the workers' duty to magnify the good points and minimize the faults. One thing is certain, and that is, almost everything is reported to the employer or he is not a competent employer at all and may be ousted easily by his competitors.

Further, an employee who falls into the habit of disparaging the employer would be wiping off what­ever chances he may have of his own improvement. As an employee goes higher along the ladder of success, he has to identify himself more and more with his concern. Simply by saying and feeling 'It is "our concern, workers may help the company turn the corner for the best. Just as the employer has to train himself to look upon his workers as his own, so also the workers should grow in feeling sincerity for their employer and their organisation. When the workers speak well, the company is automatically upgraded and will leave the others behind.
