Radish Juice: If you have been on too many sweet, fatty and fried foods, cleanse your liver with a traditional home remedy. Extract and dilute the juice of a radish. To this add a few tablespoons of carrot juice and drink it in the morning. This is both healthy and tasty.

Turmeric Powder: Turmeric powder is known to be an excellent food for the liver. Add half a teaspoon of powdered turmeric to a bit of honey or milk and have it occasionally to flush out toxins from the liver.
