1. Because you sweat more when under stress, you are left feeling dehydrated. A few glasses of water will help reduce stress.
2. Slouching restricts breathing and blood flow and can magnify feelings of helplessness. Sitting up straight will improve breathing and speed more oxygen to your brain.
3. The neck is the first place where you feel stress. Try simple neck rotating exercise.
4. Take a deep breath, hold it for a few seconds and then slowly exhale. Five or six times of this should help you unwind.
