1)Eat every few hours.Do not go longer without food. 2)If you like cereals, choose sugar free options. 3)Drink plenty of water.At least 16 to 18 glasses a day. 4)Cut out all sugary and processed food from your diet. 5)Try to take a high protien diet as protien is the most essential to make your body hard and strong. 6)Try to eat maximum fruits and vegetables for all kinds of vitamins and fibres. 7)All rice and bread must be whole grain. 8)For few weeks(at least for a month)be strict with yourself over treats.Once you have kicked your metabolism into action, you can add them in moderation.
