Moving a toolbar icon is every bit as easy as deleting one:
- Start the application (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, or Access).
- Hold down the Alt key.
- Drag the icon from wherever it is to wherever you want it to be. Note that you can drag an icon onto the menu.
- When the mouse pointer turns into an I-beam where you want the icon to go, let go of the mouse button.
