Three Late Night Study TipsAdded on:5/17/2007 12:20:21 AM In Study Tips Rated by 2 users
1. Turn topics into songs:
Works better than falling asleep. Take some basic concepts from your textbook and
transform them into a song or a poem! This simple thinking exercise not only
familiarizes you with key ideas in an almost "fun" way.. it makes it easy to "sing" the song back to yourself while taking the actual exam. Works best when history is the subject.
2. Have someone quiz you:
Studying is much more interesting when someone's around to turn it into an interactive
quiz show-asking questions, throwing around ideas, testing you in a friendly way to see what you remember.
3. Stop stalling:
Don't let anything distract you, be it internet, television or anything. Don’t wait to get yourself 'really' in the mood to study seriously. Get busy (studying) right away and don't stop.
