Proper Rooftop Packing Can Save Fuel

If you’re preparing for a long-distance drive, or a holiday then take care that the largest objects should be organized in the rear, since this makes the rooftop more aerodynamic. This technique allows the wind to blow free over the luggage, and won’t cause resistance that could slow down the vehicle’s momentum. Of course the best way to reduce air drag is to store luggage in the trunk rather than on the roof.
