Rebuffs/Rejecting Advances

A woman may wish to rebuff unwanted attention but may feel constrained to do so, fearing that her job could be jeopardized or her work discriminated against.
How to do this: Responding to unwanted attention requires a cool head, tact and a reliance on good humour. Avoid puncturing a man's vanity, particularly if he is the boss. Instead, put him off by light frivolous conversation or a stern dismissive glance can also convey more than words.
One thing is to be remembered — romance, affairs may develop at the workplace but flaunting a relationship in office must be avoided at all costs.
Men must remember that sexual innuendos and crude remarks (sometimes in reference to a particular woman colleague) must be out of a woman's hearing. It is an insult to your colleague if you do this.
