Keeping stomach empty is of no use and is not even regarded as a good altered method to maintain a diet plan. Proper food should be taken which is comprised of basic nutrients like vitamins, proteins, carbohydrates and fats but it should be low in calories.


One who wants to lose weight should take low amounts of carbohydrates and fats as they make you gain weight. People should always give preferences to vegetables and fruits that are good for health and are low in calories and also provide variable nutrients in proper amount. Fat content in food can trails to high cholesterol level in body which leads to serious symptoms of many health related problems.
