Basically human body needs proteins, vitamins, carbohydrates and some minerals for correct functioning and in order to remain fit. Basically human body stays fit if a person consumes fresh fruits and vegetables (anytime at breakfast, lunch or dinner). Skipping meals for work may lead to disastrous effects. If possible a dietician may be consulted for maintaining a balanced diet.
Exercises have become an integral part of our daily life. Fitness experts advise to do exercises at early morning just because the body is relaxed that time after a good night’s sleep. Fitness is not only about keeping the body fit it’s also about keeping the mind fit too. So it’s of utmost importance to spread awareness and realize the potential of maintaining proper fitness through various regimes. The basic and the most essential way to attain fitness are proper selection and intake of food. Here we discuss bit briefly about food, required to maintain fitness for various categories.
Unhealthy food is empty on nutrients and poor in providing calories required for the body usually. Healthy food is nothing but food having rich nutrient content basically. Fewer intakes of carbohydrates in food give weakness and can’t give proper energy required for the body to maintain a balance in fitness. To reduce weight, one can go for no carbohydrates diet in short term sense. Proteins are potentially the body building elements. Several foods providing rich protein contents are egg, fish, mutton, chicken and other vegetarian products like beans, pulses, nuts and other dry foods.
Fat is very essential for body. We know it very well that excess fat deposited in body can lead to blood pressure, heart attack and condensation of blood streams resulting in shorter life. Those having higher fatness shouldn’t go on any fat diet, as it is obviously essential to have some amount of fat intake for the body.
The primary sources of vitamins are egg, various fruits, fish etc. Deficiency of vitamins can lead to serious diseases like night blindness, scurvy, rickets, urinary stones etc. There are various vitamin types such as Vitamin A, B, C, D. Morning sunlight provides nice amount of vitamin D. As minerals are not automatically synthesized inside our body but they are rather essential for proper fitness, hence they are a must along with intake of proper fibres.
Fat loss more is very important than weight loss. The craze for losing weight has often misled people to wrong kind of diet. To supply the body with energy the fat is burnt one need to take these diets and exercise regularly. Weight is reduced; however your body runs on a lower energy level. With less energy, muscle weakens and hence less exercise ultimately leads to the increase of intake.
Diet is the most important factor that contributes to a fit body and healthy mind, so as to keep you active always!!
